Scaled the filthy 50 coming back in after taking a week to be with my father in his last and then a week to fight off a lingering cold. I still am not over the cold but DAMMIT I had to do something!

Last time you did this wod at this scale, roughly a year ago, your time was 24:11. On top of being off for two weeks, nice!

Brad my friend, I give you credit for pushing yourself like you did after your loss.. That is the true testament of someone with drive. I am sure you just wanted to curl up and do nothing... Glad to see you pushed yourself!! Love ya brother! I hope you are feeling better to!
