"Fight Gone Bad!"

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Wanted 200. Must push harder! The box jumps felt better than ever as did the push presses.

Good job! I got a PR on this as well, by 3 reps, 285. Although it's not RX'd because it's only a 15 pound medicine ball. The odd thing I noticed is that since I added some muscle, the bodyweight dependent actions were more difficult (wallball, jumps, maybe SDHP as well?) but I kicked ass in the push presses and since I've been rowing as a warm-up everyday, I gained a few calories on that too.

I'm probably up to about a score of 230 or so. My rower is not a C2.

How many calories per minute are you getting?
My breakdown is about 26-32 wall ball, 12-16 SDHP, 12-16 box jumps, around 20-23 push presses, then 12-14 on the rower.

It's odd because something different gives me trouble on each round but the overall numbers are consistent between rounds. Yesterday I went 94, 95, 96 over the three rounds but the individual exercise numbers varied.

My cals say 5.3 5.7 or so. I've done this on a c2 and got low teens on the cals.
