Was blogging so well!

Still been hitting some workouts - starting to post again with this one (no promise I'll keep it up!):

For time:
Carry a barbell overhead for one mile (45,25)

*For everytime you set the barbell down, you owe me 5 box jumps at the END of the workout.

This sucked! My wrist wouldn't let me run as the bouncing weight was very painful - got 29:50. My total box jump number was 55.
