Clean and Jerk 3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1 reps 95--115-125-135-145-155-165-175-185 stopped. 185 is an old PR - I felt like I could have gotten 225 on the jerk but the clean at 185 hurt my back in a way that made me stop.
13.2  Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of: 115 pound Shoulder to overhead, 5 reps 115 pound Deadlift, 10 reps 15 Box jumps, 24" box Didn't follow the flock to pay $20 and register for the  goes. But, I did this workout. After the walking lunges yesterday, the most difficult part was the deadliest!  Got 4 rounds plus 5 PP.
Three rounds for time of: 185 pound barbell Overhead walk, 50 yards 185 pound barbell Walking lunge, 25 yards 95 pound barbells Farmer carry, 50 yards Used 65# for overhead and lunges. Used 70# KB each arm for farmer carry. This was difficult (the lunges)! 11:11
