4 rounds for time of: 400-m run 200-m farmers carry 1pd kettlebells  19:26 I ran. The field was wet and muddy. My ankle is twinging a little, but I think I'll be ok.  Fun, dirty, workout.

For time: 30 toes-to-bars 40 single-arm dumbbell snatches 50 dumbbell box step-overs 40 single-arm dumbbell snatches 30 toes-to-bars 19:13 I did hanging leg raises. My bo. Was a stack ofbumpers...probably 24 inches. I did kettlebell snatches with 1pd. I used two 1pd kettlebells for step overs.
