This week has been rough. As many of you know, my father is severely ill. He's holding steady - but not doing well. Pulmonary Fibrosis will take him from us. I decided that it was time after a week of stress to get back on the horse - if anything, as a tribute to the value of life and every breath I take. I did a scaled version of a WOD from earlier this week: 5 rounds for time: 10 Hang Squat Cleans @ 95# 15 pushups 12:18 I ended up doing some power cleans mixed in. All-in-all I am just glad to get back at it.
