What I did
3 rounds for time of
400m
10 Burpees
15 bent over rows with 35# kettlebells
Time was 11:50
Was prescribed with 20 burpees and 5 rounds. Started with the hopes of completing 5 but gassed out. Have started trying to eat Paleo - likely just need to adjust a bit.
