Well - I tried "The Seven" today. Scaled it waaaay down. In the spirit of keeping my workouts shorter for 2 weeks I decided to cap it at 10 minutes or so. Went ahead and finished the 2nd round (yes only 2) at 11:02 So - I'll write it like this: 2 rounds for time of 7 pushups 7 65# thrusters 7 Knees to elbows 7 185# deadlifts 7 Burpees 7 1.5p KBS 7 Pullups 11:02 This article works for me...
