Tabata Something Else.
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Pullups 9-5-4-2-3-1-2-2 ~ 28
Pushups 11-9-6-4-4-4-5-4 ~ 47
Situps 6-4-6-6-6-7-5-5 ~ 45
Squats 12-10-9-7-10-10-13-9 ~ 80

Last time I got 218 but the situps were not on the abmat - they were this time. So decent work. STILL NEED TO GREASE THE GROOVE ON MY PULLUPS!
