Split Jerk 1rm

Bad one!

Hit 165 then tried for 190 and psyched out. So to get confidence I put 175 up like it was a pvc pipe. Then hit 180. Tried 185 - FAILED! This is allll mental - well and a little bit of "haven't been as consistent on the workouts..."
