I set up thinking I might drop from 21-15-9 to 15-12-9 but after 7 reps of DL I knew I needed to be at 185 to go to 15 or 21. I really didn't have time to change the load so I went down to 12.
It was a humbling experience - in a good way. A few short years ago 21 DL @225lbs would have been cake for me. Oh well, in a few short weeks it will be again.
Intermittent Fasting is still awesome.
