I used the load indicator on the airdyne. I tested my full on for 45 seconds and got 30. So I set that at a goal of 22. I think it was a good choice because I was gassed after this.
I need to rearrange the gym. I can do double-unders but I don't have room.
I'm in jeans I haven't been able to wear in quite a while. Woot!
