Was blogging so well! Still been hitting some workouts - starting to post again with this one (no promise I'll keep it up!): For time: Carry a barbell overhead for one mile (45,25) *For everytime you set the barbell down, you owe me 5 box jumps at the END of the workout. This sucked! My wrist wouldn't let me run as the bouncing weight was very painful - got 29:50. My total box jump number was 55.
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed. Got 9 and 1

This is not a resolution. My life became more complicated than it should have - by my own doings. I am now refocusing and getting my crap together. After a few workouts (none posted) I made a decision to go off the grid regarding the mainsite programming until I get back to a respectable place. Spending effort mobilizing my joints - mostly my right shoulder and my hips. So, here I am - posting my first re-ramp workout. I did half a Tabata Something Else (4 rounds per move) - pullups, pushups, situps and squats. My total count was 132. I did the pushups with my elbows closer to my sides. Found that the weakness in my shoulder really showed in this position - so I worked with it. Squat numbers were decent. Got upper teens each round of them. Diet is on. Was teetering a bit as I can be a stress eater. That has to stop.
