This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. Your transformation is just amazing! I am about the same age as you and have been sedentary for too long. I signed up for Crossfit the other day, the On class starts in two weeks. I am excited and scared to death at the same time. But you are a tremendous inspiration. I am reading through your entries and I noticed you don't mention going to the Crossfit gym. Do you workout on your own at home?
