Buttercup:

4 pushups
8 KBS (used 25# plate)
10 rounds
Started to skip again but decided to push on. Had 3 clients with me - 2 new - so we worked on DL form. I went up to 325. The third - not new - client got a PR at 350. Then we did the scaled Nate. I feel a little better - still coughing.

it's pretty cool and i have used to gauge my overall fitness. i have been working on completing all the level 1 goals before any level 2s. i think its a good all around approach.
anyway just thought i would share that with you. take care.
Definitely level 3 on vertical jump, 400m (shy by 2 seconds), I'm close on deadlifts and squats too.
Pullups - level 1.
My opinion is that CF shows strengths as well as weaknesses. Work hard on the weaknesses without sacrificing the strengths (besides - those strengths give me confidence!!!)
