Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep

Back Squat 225 - 255F - 255PR
Shoulder Press 115 - 120F
Deadlift 325 - 350PR

CFT - 720PR

The shoulder presses still are not coming along - lot of pain there. The other hindrance - I ran out of plates on the DL!!! I will beat 400.

I'll have to get my shoulder press up! The squat will get there. I get kinda freaked out when I have a heavy load in the hole. Deadlifts - so far, no prob...
