Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

Did the first 2 rounds Rx'd then dropped to 65#

Total rounds - 6.

My hats off to you for trying the full Rx'd version. I did a quick trial run at 95# and knew I wouldn't make it through one round.

My reasoning was that I have done Fran as rx'd - 95# thrusters at 21 - 15 - 9. So I figured I could handle it. I really probably could have, but my form was slipping.

I'm doing today's at puppy. My rationale is that I can do 5 good pullups in a row and so I'll not have to rest as much. I need a solid workout.
