Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

I did this as Rx'd - urgh! 9 rounds. The good thing was that on all but 2 or 3 rounds I did the 5 pullups without failure. It was the pushups this time.

Dang, 9 rounds. Great job! I really wanted to do more, but the body said no. I had about 2-3 minutes left but no energy to do it. Pull ups got me. I welcome the competition. Have you seen tomorrows? Looks killer, but I'm psyched to do it. Good luck! Keep me posted.

In some respects you out-performed me. I was resting throughout and finished 9 with 10 seconds.

I'll likely scale tomorrow's. Maybe do half.

Great work. I must say after looking at your Dec 2007 picture I think you may find a need for a much warmer coat this year. That extra layer won't be there to keep you toasty. :) Keep it up my Crossfit friend.

I tried it with a 20 lb. pack. Got 17 full rounds...almost 18. Cindy is one of those things that you just get better at each time. At one point I could not even do 8 rounds without the vest. That's awesome about your affiliate application!!!!!
