WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Pull-ups
65 pound Thruster, 10 reps

7 rounds - rx'd. Thrusters were easy at first, then they got to me! Pullups were pullups - elbow pain.

I'm with you. I thought the thrusters would be the "coast and catch my breath" part of the workout. Wrong! Ended up being the Achilles heal!

I have been having elbow problems also. We are doing FGB at the CF Birmingham Grand Opening tomorrow. I am going to bring my ice pack for the elbow afterwards. I have rested it for a week now. Hope it goes well tomorrow.
