Trying to post with my cell. A 155# thruster tells me I can get my jerk to be at least as high.

Thanks Joey. I hate that I can't press a lot higher than I do. If I get the weight as high as my forehead, I'm fine with bigger numbers. I am going to include presses in my warmup.

i know you have shoulder problems and its good to see you making progress. did you have any pain doing these?

I don't have as much pain when I'm doing these (or push presses or jerks) as I do with strict shoulder presses. I have been doing some extra shoulder work in my warmup. Time will tell...
