Can get higher. Psyched out. Time to practice dumping the bar so I know I'm not in danger! My PR for cleans is 165 - I can split jerk more than I can push jerk - right?

Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

5 rounds with pullups like this: 5 - 6 - 5 - 6 - 5

This was done with no rest after the push jerks. I dropped a whole round. Oh well.
