btw: what about the OHS sucks for you? It's light enough I suspect it is the squat itself, not the weight. Have you tried squatting facing the wall w/ your knees just a few inches from the wall? Assume the correct arm position and work on going down the full lower squat position without leaning forward or falling on your ass. It's tough but it will force you to get better squat mechanics. Also watch for the knees going in and/or out. You've got this.
15:00 minutes on the rower. Rolled it outside in the sun. 85 degrees. Felt great. Logged 101 calories - my rower doesn't count distance :( I am starting to feel refreshed and ready to jump back into the WODs. I almost did yesterday's - but made myself wait. I'll get in after the next rest day. Oh, I still feel the swim!
AMRAP in 10 minutes 100m sprint (25m out n back x2) 10 situps 10 supermans 5 rds + 50m Did this in the school basket ball/ volleyball gym. I was able to be barefoot on the wooden court. Very comfy. I had a little twinge in my back from carrying this front-loaded fat vest but it's way better than it has been.
AMRAP in 10:00 5 DL @ 215lbs 5 Burpees 5 Squat Cleans @ 105lbs 5 Burpees Total - 4 rounds huffing and puffing. Thanks to Charles for giving me this one on FaceBook. His suggested weights were 300 on the DLs and 185 on the cleans. I knew better than to try that! HA! Warmed up with OHS and pigeons. The OHS stuff with the bar and not PVC - time to be a big boy!
