btw: what about the OHS sucks for you? It's light enough I suspect it is the squat itself, not the weight. Have you tried squatting facing the wall w/ your knees just a few inches from the wall? Assume the correct arm position and work on going down the full lower squat position without leaning forward or falling on your ass. It's tough but it will force you to get better squat mechanics. Also watch for the knees going in and/or out.
