Did the dips on the GHD handles with feet supported on a chair. This was, as usual with dips, very painful.

I feel you on the dips. The good news is that the more you do the better you'll get at them, shoulder issues notwithstanding. I'm not even going to touch whatever disgruntled discourse you and Jay have going on about that. Ha ha ha.
