First time I ever did this rx'd (except 100 singles on the rope)... The hardest part was the jumping pullups.

You're very lucky (and unusual) that the JPUs were the hard part. I have loads of trouble w/ the knees to elbows, wall balls and usually want to bail by the time the burpees come around. 50 back extensions on GHD too? Wow. Well done!

The wall balls are at 10 ft - my standing reach is 8'5. Not a prob except for the looong way down to squat! LOL
