Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
24 inch Box Jump, 15 reps
95 pound Push Press, 10 reps
15 Pull-ups

Only 3 plus box jumps and push press. This was scaled way down.

this one was pretty close to making me throw up!!lol did burpees instead of box jumps. started with 95lbs. but had to drop to 75. got 8 sets in barely!!
good one coach!!
