My pull-ups suck. I really am SOOO slow at pull-up workouts...

But yeah - I'm happy with any increase in squats.

I like it that you're doing lifting followed by metcon. I think I'll adopt that a couple days a week. I always feel a little cheated on days that are just slow lifts. The pull-ups will get better. Has Jay shown you the butterfly kip?
