Whew!
I did some yardwork (digging, planting, tree trimming...) and tried to talk myself out of it -
3 2 1 go...

Squats were killer this time. Hard to keep form. The last set included some pauses to that end.

Total time 4:55 (1:42 on bike).

Not too great, focusing on technical skills currently, ref latest simplefit log.

Yeah, I saw it the other day. Have you considered a different WO - not simplefit?

I got really bored with it. I think the 8wk design is great, but if you have a longer learning curve, it gets pretty monotonous. I also think it could be dangerous - my elbows are still trying to recover.

Yeah, I'm adding bits and pieces to the end of my technical drills. Somewhat inspired by simplefit, but also picking stuff from ross enamait to keep things interesting. I've been doing the CFWU for some time as well.
If I pass my grading in december I'll start a new strength program. Probably nothing crossfit related as I don't have a proper set of weights available. More likely I'll try something from "Infinite Intensity"
