Buttercups:
Complete as many rounds in 10 minutes as you can of:
1 Jumping Pull-ups
4 Push-ups
7 Squats

13 rounds

All pullups were 3:1 bodyrows. Improvement by 2 rounds! I didn't expect this since I swam this morning. Also, my warmup was on the stairs - not the bike. This got me a little more pumped.

Elbows still tender. The ice and rehab routine are helping.
