I just signed up for a CrossFit Level 1 Certification Seminar!

Here I go!

Today is the last day of my 12wk ramp up. I'll post this P.M.

Edit - I'll do it tomorrow. My knee has been twitching a bit from swimming. (WAAAHH!) I'll get it!

AWESOME! Oh so jealous! Time to save my money I guess. What are your plans for the cert? Are you going to become a trainer or anything like that in the foreseeable future? Really great news! Which one are you going to? My "coach" is going on Jan. 19 to the one in Texas. Have a great weekend and gear up for the kiddies on Monday.

I really have affiliation in my sites. If it goes well, then a possible career change.

I am going to Virginia Beach. I originally intended to go to Charlotte - but they sold out. All of the certs are selling out quickly. I think the iron is hot - time to strike.

15:00 minutes on the rower. Rolled it outside in the sun. 85 degrees. Felt great. Logged 101 calories - my rower doesn't count distance :( I am starting to feel refreshed and ready to jump back into the WODs. I almost did yesterday's - but made myself wait. AMRAP in 10 minutes 100m sprint (25m out n back x2) 10 situps 10 supermans 5 rds + 50m Did this in the school basket ball/ volleyball gym. I was able to be barefoot on the wooden court. Very comfy. I had a little twinge in my back from carrying this front-loaded fat vest but it's way better than it has been.

AMRAP in 10:00 5 DL @ 215lbs 5 Burpees 5 Squat Cleans @ 105lbs 5 Burpees Total - 4 rounds huffing and puffing. Thanks to Charles for giving me this one on FaceBook. His suggested weights were 300 on the DLs and 185 on the cleans. I knew better than to try that! HA! Warmed up with OHS and pigeons. The OHS stuff with the bar and not PVC - time to be a big boy!
