Swimming
I swam this morning. I tested my speed and did 5 laps (250m) in 4:30. Then I did some interval sprints - rest down, sprint back. Strokes felt good.
Cindy waits for tonight. I'll do the Crossfit Total in a week or so - I have a set of weights and squat rack picked out to purchase.
