Buttercups:

Three rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
10 Back Extensions
20 Sit-ups

Total time: 11:26

I subbed 100m swim for the run, supermans for the extensions, and did regular (no GHD available) situps.

Felt great! After the first round, I had to adjust my swimming. This was good because being a bit winded made me call on better stroke mechanics. Situps and supermans were a breeze. I can see getting past buttercup on this one pretty soon.

did you do the supermans and sit ups in the deck of the pool? interesting set up... glad to see you on the WODs!

Yep!

I got a lot of looks! I love that. Shock value is great motivator for a former 1980's punk. The deck was cold.

Speaking of the pool - I have really been working on my squat depth and have found that standing in the shallow end and forcing myself into as deep (no pun intended!) a squat as I can against my bouyancy has helped.
