Swimming
I am on the mend! Woohoo! (throws salt over shoulder, knocks wood, shakes a gris-gris stick, and thanks GOD!)
I swam a few laps this morning. Just wanted to see how much better I actually feel. I did ok. Near the end I could tell that my lungs were still slightly compromised.
Will practice the WOD lifts tonight.
