WOD

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
15 Pull-ups
15 Ring push-ups
15 Back Extensions
15 GHD Sit-ups

3 + 15 pullups.

Elbows are on fire! Don't have rings yet so the pushups were regular. This was rough.

This one was a bitch! If you don't have rings you can just use chain and D-clamps from a cable machine and hang em from a pullup bar. Unfortunately, nothing delivers that same metabolic blow as rings but it's damn close!

Did I ever mention that I made rings from heating 1" PVC in the oven and Home Depot cargo straps? They work great for ring push-ups and dips. Cost about $10.
