WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

Used 85# on the first 3 rounds then dropped to 65#

Got 7 rounds.

This was a tough one to jump back in on!

Yeah, I actually prefer these to the 10000 burpees, box jumps, pullups ones.

Brad - So funny that I left you that comment this morning BEFORE my workout then walked into the gym and guess what was on the board!!! AHHH! So funny. I had to tell many people that I had brought this on myself by leaving you a "yuck" comment. My grip was killing me! I should of said "OUCH" instead of "yuck!" I don't really like thrusters, so no matter what it was a bad one all around. :)

I like thrusters - I know, I'm sick. I like cleans. Heck, I like these kinds of workouts.

My grip was fried too!!!!
