35 Back extensions
35 Wall ball shots, 14-20 pound ball
35 Burpees
35 Standard Jump Rope Jumps

Time - 36 minutes
I did three KTEs
Burpees and lunges were the killer.

RE - Sunday, it always helps to have a buddy to work with. I was gonna call it a night at about 7:30 last night and a client who had canceled earlier in the day texted me to see if I was up for an 8PM workout, so I did!

Re - Shopping, I actually went out on black Friday at 5 AM and shopped for myself! I had to get pants that wouldn't fall off - happy dance. Of course my wife did most of the real Christmas shopping as her term teaching ended a week before mine did.

You weathering the snow? We had 70 yesterday. I was shirtless in shorts doing the workout last night. We'll have the same today. Tomorrow - dropping down to 20. We sit right on the line between the Gulf air and the Canadian clippers. Our winters do this a lot.
