How is everything over your way?
My training is getting back on track as well. I'm following a somewhat adapted program from Ross Enamait that seems to be working well. It's a 50-day program originally, but I need to adapt it to my schedule and current condition, so I'll most likely use a bit longer, but that's cool.
If I've calculated correctly this fine sunday morning your last week will be christmas week, how's that going to work out for you?
RossTraining seems to be well-endorsed. I certainly understand having to adapt to the variants that life throws you. I hope the kids are on the mend.
For Christmas week - I'll be on break (turn in grades on the 19th). I'll actually be in perfect position to dig in.
I've narrowed my calf issue down to Morton's Neuroma. I have a small knot between two of the tarsals of my left foot (no - I don't paint with it! LOL). I will try to avoid surgery to have it removed. Most information indicates that surgery is the best choice - and that recovery is not too bad.
