Rest Day

Went for a swim this morning - nice and easy. Didn't count. Focused on my Total Immersion stroke method. Got a good stretch. I'm feeling those cleans from the other day. I think that's the main source of my elbow pain.

Whipping the cleans up will do that to elbows, but work the weakness. Those muscles will build up around there and keep that joint strong. Take good care of them, and they'll thank you later. And if you got out for a swim (easy or not), they still count. Go get 'em!

I think that's it. I woke up in the night with my right elbow all but locked open. I am going to follow a rehab regimen and blog it. I hope it works!

I have a tendency to ignore pain until it's too late. Not this time!
