WOD

Puppies:

Three rounds for time of:
95-135 Deadlift, 10 reps
10 Handstand push-ups
10 Pull-ups
25-35 pound Thruster, 10 reps

Total time - 9:51

Warmed up on the rower for 4 minutes. Used 100lbs on the deadlifts (still have to buy more!). Only had 10lb dumbbells for the thrusters so that's 20lbs (I LOVE my math skills!). HSPU were with knees on the arm of the sofa. Pullups were body rows subbed at 3:1.

Good workout.

Yep! It was a long trip to the end of January and the payday there.

On my list - new oly weights (the barbell I have is awful), new dumbbells and a squat rack!
