Three rounds for time of:
35 pound dumbbell, walking lunge, 10 alternating steps (first round 53# KB)
35 pound dumbbell, swing, 15 reps (first round 53# KB)

25 degrees. Did one round of the CFWU as opposed to 2 'cause I wanted to get finished! Nearly failed on the lunges with 53 pounder so I dropped to the 35# KB. My glutes are aching.

I'm skipping this one and doing Fran today. Nice job... It's a b*&^%$ working out in the cold. It was 10° in the garage yesterday and even with a 50,000 btu heater I couldn't get it above 40°.
