I used 135# for the DL, 60# each for the BP and Cleans. All went well. I love my oly weights! The deadlifts felt great. I'm gonna keep creeping the weight up. The cleans felt the best they have. It only hurts my elbow when I lower the weight.

I swam a few laps this morning. Working on the elbow.

Way to tackle Linda! She's a real doozy! I tackled her today, and almost came away with a bucket held up to my face. Hope the elbow gets better soon. I'm working on the same thing now...forearm tightness makes the crook of my elbow achey

Really - after a workout it seems better. It's like the blood flow helps.

I am going to ramp up my deadlift weight. I am also going to get to work on a squat rack so I don't have to clean everything. I think my squat numbers can be a lot higher.
