Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups


Didn't feel like scaling all the way to puppy or buttercup so I did this:

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
Bike 0.5mi
Band assisted pullups x 5 and bodyrows x 10

5 rounds with 40 seconds to go.

Still stretching the elbow using the nerve glides. Felt a twinge here and there throughout the pulls - but all-in-all not too bad. I got my big sis interested - we'll see...
