Buttercups:
Complete as many rounds in 10 minutes as you can of:
1 Jumping Pull-ups
4 Push-ups
7 Squats

10 rounds.

This was a drop from last time by 3 rounds. I did 4 real pullups and subs were band-assisted. I ran out of steam - but I did more work.
