15 Back Extensions
25 Sit-ups

Total time - 15:00

Subbed rower - 75 strokes and supermans. Sweating. The "rounds" workouts can kinda bore me. They're also a real challenge.

Five Rounders are the worst, but they are the best way to train the mind too. It's like "the wall" during marathon running. You've got to push yourself over it and through it. And once you have done that, you have demonstrated mental fortitude. There are many "rounds" of life, go get 'em!

I hear you on that Brad. I hit round three on some circuits and I'm going, isn't this over yet? But Mr. Mirek is right... a lot of it is psychological, so they are good for you. If you are looking for some good non-rounders, Jerry put us through quite the wringer this week. There are three non-rounders up on my blog if you are feeling frisky. Beowulf I think is calling your name, or perhaps yesterday's pyramid set.... ;) You'd probably smash those!
