On the CF site -

Complete as many rounds in 30 minutes as you can of:
Walking Lunge, 12 steps
15 Glute-Ham Sit-ups
15 Hip Extensions
5 Muscle-ups

I did this
AMRAP in 15 min
Walking Lunge - 12 steps
10 GHD Situps
10 Hip extensions
6 pullups
6 dips

I finished 4 rounds

GHD situps are easy but very taxing. They are a lot like power cleans.
