I did this last night (072308). As I went to bed last night I was hoping for some non-shoulder workout for today. It's Fran. Oh my!

I think I'll go to the park to do this. I will scale WAAAY back. The brandx discussion says that it should be a 3-5 minute workout. I will scale to that.
