Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:
pvc-15 pound Overhead squats
Burpees
Total time - 1:06 (that's 1 hour and 6 minutes)
First round with 45# - the rest with PVC. I truly suck at burpees. I was packing it up after round 2 (around 35 minutes) and decided to see how I felt stopped after the 21 and then midway into the 15 burpees. I cussed and completed the workout with 2 burpees every minute. First time so 1:06 is a PR HAHAHA!!!
