Started off at the track but decided to relocate as a high school football team started to enter the area. So, I went to a nearby park and did this on the grass. It felt fantastic. I ran something closer to a 450 or 500. By the 3rd round of squats I noticed my ability to go deeper had improved (blood flow?) and I really felt good.
