Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

Total time - 19:12

Did this with 20# KB. Time for a new weight. I will most likely get dumb bells first. They're a bit more universal. I got a day behind due to 2 nights of little sleep. I'll probably do the 2k row instead of the 15k run (HA as if "instead" is the right word) tomorrow morning.

The pullups were with 3 rounds of 4 reps. The rest time was less than 30s on most sets.

I haven't run 15k in a while. I don't think I'm going to attempt that, maybe another 10k on Sunday.
