Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
15 Box jump, 24 inch box
15 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

This was a killer for me. I have the box jumps as my goat right now. I think I'll throw some Tabata at them in the future.

What a game! As my wife is from PGH and I lived there for a couple of years, it's happy times!!!

Hey, brad. I've seen these name deals on Jay's blog. Is there a place that defines these different reps? My curiousity is up for the crossfit stuff.

Hey man! I follow the crossfit main page pretty closely. The named workouts show up there. Sometimes the workouts aren't named - they usually are when they consist of a group of moves in some fashion. When the workout is a 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 (for a 1 rep max) it isn't named. Go to crossfit.com

For the scaled workouts (which I often do as I'm no Jay Ashman - YET!!!!) go to the sub-menu under "Start Here" and click on the "BrandX scaled workouts" and find the one that fits you. I often do the most scaled-down version.

Jump in!

Also, on the crossfit site find the message boar and join it.

Re props: 3 years - I'll be the old guy who came outta nowhere to kick your ass at the games!!!! LOL Probably not.

The thing that REALLY pisses me off is that I was a college volleyball player who used to have a 30 inch vertical! Box jumps woulda been something I giggled at.
