Complete three rounds for time of:
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 10 reps, right arm
10 Pull-ups
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 10 reps, left arm
10 Pull-ups

Time 18:56

No L pullups yet. I did the best I could at squat snatches. Many of the snatches were power. This wore my arms OUT!

No you haven't. I do them all the time. In fact, lots of people in the Muscle Shoals area do. We listen to Wilson Picket singing The Land of 1000 Dances and we snatch all day !

My arms were truly fried. What I love on the high rep oly lift based stuff is how my form improves as I tire. I have to do it right or I can't get the weight up!
